It’s summertime, and we still have a long way to go before the 2005-06 NBA season kicks off. Even the beginning of training camps is a couple months away; for now, the only hoops action in sight is to be found in the summer leagues being held in Utah and Minnesota. So what’s a fantasy basketball fan to do? It’s time for a mock!
We’re already looking ahead towards the season to come, and the Cafe’s first mock is already complete. It looks like Kevin Garnett will be fantasy’s biggest prize again this year, but LeBron James is rapidly closing the gap…
As with any mock draft, the drafters’ preferences and team needs obviously play a role in their respective choices, and a player’s rank might therefore vary from what you might expect from a cheat sheet compiled outside of actual draft conditions.
