Yes, when you're using the "75%/50%" part of the rule, it's a waive. In your case, you only have one year left on Morris, so it's simply 75%.

Dasein just did the same thing as you in the post before, but used the term "buying out". I tend to get nit-picky about those things, differentiating between "buyouts" and "waives"...but that's just me. :-D

Use whichever term you seem to understand better...but technically, it is a straight drop, or "waive". ;-D
