New Feature: Topic/Post Titles

To make browsing the Cafe more convenient, the titles of the last topic, respectively post, in each forum are now visible on the index page. :-)

:-)

Also, the "Welcome" box on the index page has been removed again - it took a lot of space, and wasn't really all that useful. O:-)
