Sorry for the hiatus guys but the holiday season can really get tumultuous. In honor of Thanksgiving, what is everyone most thankful for this fantasy season? It can be anything, from doing well in your favorite league to a timely waiver pick up to an unexpected breakout stud.

I'm probably most thankful for a good start in most of my leagues: 1st or 2nd in 7 of my 10 leagues. Naturally, things have gotten rockier with Leonard and now Unibrow out of action, but until this week is up, I'm going to continue to soak in the positive vibes.

Being in first by 10 points (roto) in my only league, with Dirk laying waiting in the shadows to join the party.

I'm thankful that my 1 non-Cafe league team is absolutely cruising, up by 8 points on 2nd place despite him already running up an extra 20 games on me and I haven't had Kyle Lowry playing. I'd definitely be up by around 12-13 points if the games played were equal.

I'm thankful that none of my Cafe league teams are disasters this year, last year was a train wreck in the Octagon. This year, it's 3rd/6th/7th so far so need to pick it up (Wade and Lawson specifically) but beats being buried deep.

Did anyone watch Lakers Sacremento, who can explain what the hell happened in that game?

Only watched a bit. Seemed like only Kobe showed up to play and meanwhile the Kings circumvented Cousin's bad play with timely production from at least several guys. From past viewing experience, the Kings always get up to play the Lakers.

Only watched a bit. Seemed like only Kobe showed up to play and meanwhile the Kings circumvented Cousin's bad play with timely production from at least several guys. From past viewing experience, the Kings always get up to play the Lakers.

Yeah, the Kings and their fans still think CWebb and JDubb are on their team and there's a big rivalry with the Lakers, while the Lakers have moved on a decade.

I only got to watch the second half, but it looked like the Kings were very active and swarming on defense and the Lakers aren't efficient enough to beat that with ball movement. Still don't know each other and the system well enough. Plus the Lakers are still running Morris and Duhon at the point, making Kobe the facilitator, and as Red mentioned, he was the only one they had to focus on guarding. They also were hitting the 3 ball well early, but it failed them down the stretch.

Didn't see any of it but from the box score, when Howard plays 40+ minutes and takes only 4 fga and 4 fta, then there is something wrong.
