This is now the last Cafe league I am still in. Someone came and took my team over becuase i was late for the draft at the bonanza, then he didn't respond to my PMs. I guess it's time to build this team into a contender just like I did that one, but not have someone come sweep this one out from under my feet!!

Keepers are due October 1st. Please make sure you decided by 12am Eastern time. I will compile a list and will choose the keepers if not posted based on last years cumulative ranking if managers have not made it clear.

Also, draft date is set for October 10th but would the league mind if we just started the draft on October 2nd. Trades can still be made as the draft is going. I'd just rather get all this done earlier than later and don't see the point in waiting. I'll be sending out Pm 's to all managers of the change if there is no objection. Please chime in on a positive or negative note so I can know where everyone stands.

if the draft is that far after, i say we take an extra few days to make trades... but i'm biased i just think that 10 days is unnecessary, mayve bump the deadling to oct 3rd, 4th or 5th

I like several of my guys. Lawson has a lot of untapped potential and room for growth. Ilyasova was the free agent grab of the year, and replaced the No. 1 overall pick of his draft (Bogut) and that's pretty impressive. Amar'e, Is on the block. Kobe I am not selling cheap. And Kawhi Leonard was another great FA add that has worked out as a keeper.

I will be locking in keepers tonight at 12am Eastern time. Draft will not officially start till Oct 10. So no time limit will be in effect ill then, but I don;t think any managers here would mind if picks were made earlier. Good luck everyone. Please lock your keepers in before the deadline. I'd prefer to not have to choose based on BBM for you guys.
