It'd be interesting to compare everyone's team using Total Win contributions - basically factoring in offensive/defensive Win scores for each player. Naturally this would take an obscene amount of time as I don't know of anyone compiling such statistics so I can only dream...

Basketball-reference tracks offensive win shares, defensive win shares, and total win shares for all players currently on a roster. See, for example, this year's Suns team (which I have conveniently linked to this post). The win shares are listed under "Advanced" and consist of the three columns all the way to the right.

For example, Amare has:
3.6 OWS
1.3 DWS
for a total of:
4.9 WS

Thks plonden, I'm aware of this data, but what I'm talking about is Win Score Contributions. Seems to me this data is a better predictor of players and wins. A guy running Buck's Diary has made excellent use of it - I'd love to do the same for either the Hornets or something like this Reshuffle but haven't had the time.

^slow crawford in at pg (let lebron handle the rock) and you have a formidable starting 5!

leaves your bench thing but still, you end up with plenty of size and scoring in that starting lineup.
