Taking a pretty big chance here on Griffin here with his really weak FT%, and probably a good amount of turnovers, but I think with the 80th overall pick he could have some value. Wouldn't be crazy of him to finish top-15 in cumulative steals, blocks, and rebounds if he gets the minutes and/or stays healthy. If he can be sort of a poor man's Gerald Wallace, or put up a line similar to Wallace's 05 and 06 season, I'd be more than content. Wallace back then shot 66.1 FT% and 61.4 FT%, but still had first to third round value for the most part. Not that I'm expecting a replica of that. Blake won't block or steal quite as much as Wallace, but will likely rebound and score more, for those Clippers.

Griffin wasn't expected to contribute anything on the blocks before the knee surgery, no way he makes any contribution there now.

He averaged over a block per game in college, didn't block many in the summer league though. With his athleticism, I don't think it would be crazy of him to block close to 1.0 BPG. The comparison to Wallace are lofty, I will admit, but that kind of all around production wouldn't surprise me. He's been working out, last month he said the knee feels good. He's been able to go "almost full blast" for a couple months according to him, he has had alot of time off. I don't think his athleticism will fall off.

Love the Yao pick. Yao was probably my number 2 guy behind Lewis. I just couldn't pass up Lewis' value and durability. He lasted a long time in the mock and I hoped he would make it back to me. I see his recent workout has added to his draft position.

I was considering Yao and Frye with my last pick and went up going with Frye based upon the low turnovers and roto-friendly line. With the recent string of good news surrounding Yao he could end up being one of the steals of the draft. I just couldn't stomach the Yao roller coaster having recently taken injury risks in Andrew Bynum, Brandon Roy, Kevin Martin and Anthony Randolph.

I'm also surprised by the Griffen pick. I think he could have been had later in the draft.
