Yup, his taking Rose and Westy on the turn looks like genius. ;-D Manu's been super hot too, which, when paired with Durant, plus some breakout play from guys like McGee, Chandler and Darko, gets you a killer squad.

Thank goodness I don't have to play him until week 11. :-°

i'd love to be modest about it, but i can't, i just kick a** :)

but seriously, it was a risk, but a calculated one. i could either punt assists, which wasn't a good idea considering i was going small ball, or go for 2 2nd tier apg contributors as the only way to stay competitive and not have to reach on 2 or more 3rd tier guys. also i hoped to trigger a 2nd pg run and maybe ensure i get some value picks next time around, which didn't really pan out as i hoped, but getting top 2 blockers in the league helped me be good all-round. if only mayo could repeat last year numbers. he was a guy i felt great about landing and now he is looking like the bust of my draft :-o

Samo could pick up some steam if Wade would stop tanking FT% and putting up those lovely 4-21 shooting nights that are plaguing my other roto team. :-P

Amare, on the other hand .. :-D

Just had to bring it up. Sigh !+)

Actually, I've already gone through the FT% grieving process for a team I drafted to shoot FT% in the .800 - .805 range. The root of the problem lay less with Wade than with David West reinventing himself as Dwight Howard without the blocks. But its OK. Seriously, I'm mentally fine with a "2" in FT%. I've reached the "Acceptance, Optimism, Release" phase, after 6 weeks of denial, guilt, feelings of isolation, etc:

I now fully embrace my "2" produced by a team drafted to shoot at or above .800 and am simply interested to see if they'll give me enough to sneak through despite the one monstrous, inexplicable flaw. ;-D ( :-o )

At least they're also giving me .250 extra FG% points I have no need for whatsoever, 'cause it's always excellent to have massive useless leads in individual roto categories!

Spoken like a true manager currently losing his matchup to Redhopeful, 5-3. :-B

Yeah, I think there are few more of us who will have something to say about it when all is said and done - especially those of us who will be seeing you again this year. B-)

And by the way, don't forget...BaLeeDat and myself got you three times this year - 5-4 is looking mighty shaky right about now, huh... ;-)
