Same here. Oh well, at least work for tomorrow was cancelled :) Be careful out there.

Ugh - just checked the latest track and it's headed right for Houston. At least the winds don't seem to be increasing - bad looking storm though as it's diameter reminds me of Katrina. Either of you guys thinking of evacuating since a direct hit could result in the loss of power for quite a long time? :-P

Look at Wade/Maggette ETC sure there are exceptions but I think you have to count on Martin missing at least 10 games a season. Kinda like defensive guys like AK/Wallaca/Gino who always fight and scrap for the ball. You have to count on them missing a few more games than the average player. Anyways Martin was a steal at 30 and tends to be overlooked in many drafts.

This is how I view Martin as well - 10ish FT attempts a game means you're getting fouled a ton. Last time I checked, Martin isn't a built like a brick house so it's not surprising he missed time last season. I agree with RB that his previous injuries shouldn't linger but people should be aware that he's likely to have new ones with all the contact he takes.

Well, seems like Martin addressed this concern this off season. He's looking like a really good pick now. B-)

A lot of people are evacuating, and most people closer to the coast were told it was mandatory. I'm staying home to rough it out, it's just too much trouble. Besides, I have more important things going on, like drafts!

Go away IKE. Well, BC is coming back soon so I won't slow down this draft anymore.
