13.04 Louis Williams (PG - PHI)

Well, since the draft is coming to an end I just thought I put it out there and say that it looks like this should be a fun season. Personally, I like Netsfans, Thejordanrulz, and blackhawks team. Saldogg's and evo's to me are my least favorites. Just my two cents. Good luck everyone.

Round 1:
Best pick: Arenas at 1.08. Arenas should be top 5 this year, so I liked this pick a lot.
Worst pick: Brand at 1.06. Some things just happen, and Mafia got unlucky here. Thanks for being a good sport about it.

Round 2:
Best pick: It is between Nash and Kidd here, but I think Kidd at 2.11 is a big steal. Kidd should put up early-mid second round numbers opposed to late 2nd. Nash is a late 1st/early 2nd player and dropped a bit as well.
Worst pick: Durant. Guy will be a stud, but 5th round is his max potential for performance this year.

Round 3:
Best Pick:VC, Smith, and Barbosa all fell significantly. The guys who picked them up should be very satisfied. Wakeup made out like a thief with VC at 3.09 though. That’s almost a whole round after his ADP.
Worst Pick: I think David West went a bit too early, and with guys like VC out there I’m disappointed with the pick. Anyone who passed on VC in the 3rd should be disappointed at that blasphemy.

Round 4:
Best Pick: Baron Davis. I have the guy putting up first round numbers by per game. If he plays, he will be a stud.
Worst Pick: Dwight Howard. The kid is a roto killer in ft% and tos. If saldogg punts those cats (hard to win in roto punting one cat let alone two), then it’s a bit better.

Round 5:
Best Pick: Brandon Roy. The kid played 4-5th round capacity last year as a rookie. Things should only go up. I would have taken him over Durant. Great steal.
Worst Pick: Dalembert. This wasn’t a bad pick by any means, but everyone made good moves in this round.

Round 6:
Best Pick: Ricky Davis. He should be a good 4th round player this year. Battier is runner up since he is a cumulative beast.
Worst Pick: Zydrunas Ilgauskas. I don’t like him this year. He didn’t play as great last year either. Better centers could have been taken.

Round 7:
Best Pick: Raja Bell. Cumulative stud, good overall value.
Worst Pick: Ben Wallace. I seem him getting even worse. Fits saldogg’s punt ft% strategy though.

Round 8:
Best Pick: Korver or Barganini. Both should outplay this draft spot.
Worst Pick: Rondo or Ford. Ford kills tos (fits his strategy though). Rondo will be overrated this year. Steals will be his only contribution.

Round 9:
Best Pick: Mobley. Guy put up 6th round value last year with Brand.
Worst Pick: Hedo or Jwill. Both aren’t starting and aren’t that great when they play unless given good minutes.

Round 10:
Best Pick: Mopete. If he plays like he did in 05-06, then this is the steal of the draft.
Worst Pick: Collison. I don’t think he wins out the big battle in SEA.

Round 11:
Best Pick: Frye. Decent value at center here.
Worst Pick: Perkins/Ridnour. Not horrible picks, just not my favorite players of the group.

Round 12:
Best Pick: Millsap/Barnes/Gomes. Good roto players and will get minutes. Marvin is decent too.
Worst Pick: Head. Don’t see him getting time with James/Francis/Alston in town.

Not even sure what his positions are right now or what team he's going to end up on... just taking a stab in the dark here.

My favorite teams are CavemanDoctor's, Netsfan's, WakeUpMrWest's, ChipaDub's.
Least favorites: blackhawk's, TheJordanRulz's, saldogg's, evoII's.

My round evaluations:

Round 1
Best: Arenas.
Worst: Besides Brand, Amare Stoudemire! Taking him over D-Wade! What was I thinking!? Nah actually I'm glad with my pick, but from an outsider, I'd probably say Stoudemire and LBJ over Wade was the most puzzling.

Round 2
Best: Caron Butler taken with the 21st. He's still so young and he ranked 14th last year. Yes... 14th!!!!!!
Worst: Durant.

Round 3
Best: Carmelo Anthony. He's so young and already ranked 37th last year.
Worst: Al Jefferson. Basically taken on what he "could" do, and I'm not one of those 'reaching for potential' type of drafters. Could turn out to be a good pick, though.

Round 4
Best: Kevin Martin. I really don't think last year was a fluke.
Worst: Dwight Howard. Ewwwwww! Ditto for Baron Davis and Allen Iverson. Bunch of roto killers in this round.

Round 5
Best: Tyson Chandler.
Worst: Tracey McGrady. Jermaine O'Neal. Say hello to the over-hyped squad.

Round 6
Best: Mehmet Okur. I wanted that pick!
Worst: Gordon.

Round 7
Best: Raja Bell. The Bell tolls for thee. Did you know Raja Bell gets carte blanche at all the Taco Bells in the greater metropolitan Phoenix area? True story.
Worst: Peja. Say hello to the future Allan Houston / Jalen Rose / anyone who played for the Knicks but never actually got to play for the Knicks after they signed a huge contract. Add Grant Hill to the list, too. Basically what I'm saying is Peja will be coming to PHX at some time in the future for next-to-nothing.

Round 8
Best: Brad Miller, Stephon Marbury, Krstic. Good round overall I think.
Worst: Felton. Say hello to mini-Baron Davis.

Round 9
Best: Boris Diaw.
Worst: Jamal Crawford. Proud member of the roto-killer squad.

Round 10
Best: Bobby Simmons. Delonte West. Jose Calderon. Villanueva.
Worst: Mourning.

Round 11
Best: Drew Gooden. Jeff Green.
Worst: Perkins and Pachulia. Boy, some people were really stretching here...

Round 12
Best: Millsap. Marvin Williams. Anal-probe. er, I mean Sam Cassell.
Worst: Head.
