Round Two: ATL v. ORL

Postby RedHopeful » Wed May 05, 2010 3:33 pm

I know, it's not even worthy of it's own thread after the 1st game but the Hawks can't be this bad can they? Watched much of the first quarter and then walked away for dinner to find them down big at halftime. Things even got much worse in the 3rd to the point where one had to channel surf until the Lakers game.

After the game, Woodson simply said they had no juice. Uh, ok. It's the playoffs and your team couldn't get up for it? This after coming off a lackadasical performance against the Bucks? They failed to guard the perimeter and Dwight Howard meanwhile bricking every shot they seemed to take. What was up with Collins coming in before Zaza anyways?? YUCK!

This series is going to be ugly. For the Hawks anyway. %-6

The Magics pretty much has almost everything that's essential for a good team - a good C , more than two 3 pt makers and nice drives now and then and pretty good def and ball movement .. what else could you possibly ask for from a team B-)

Joe Johnson is sure playing like a guy who is headed out of town this summer. Think such a pounding should also ensure Woodson is gone too, no?

I read somewhere before the game yesterday that Joe Johnson said they'd have to play a perfect game to beat Orlando and Crawford said that Orlando looks like they're the championship team this year. It was as if they threw in the towel after two games. :-°

Lol - perfect game. If the guys who produced all season would at least be average plus they'd actually guard the 3 point shooters (I remember Shard having like at least 5 feet on a number of 3's last game), they'd at least be competitive.
