it's valid because coffeeman can't offer more. you can offer your max even if it doesn't beat previous offer completely (if it matches current offer or beats it by a sum less then one required by the rules. this is only possible if you are offering max you can possibly offer

There will be a thread showing all the winning bids.

Done - guess Kal was waiting for me to put in some work. O:-)

Can't figure out what happened to the Ariza thread. :-?

Camby was waived by dch, so he's not a birds right player anymore. I nominated him.

Ariza is a birds right player for hi chi. I nominated him.

I can nominate two players as long as one is a birds right and one is not, correct? I believe that was the discussion?

you can only nominate 2 players at a time, but one of them must be your own brid fa.if you don't want to nominate your own bird fa, or have none of those, you can only nominate one player at a time

every gm can nominate no more then one of his own fas (bird rights fas that is) at a time
every gm can nominate no more then one other fa at a time
every gm can nominate no more then two total fas at a time
every gm can have up to 2 own fas in the pool at a time
this means that if fernis nominates one of my fas, nobody else, except me, can nominate another one until the one fernis nominated is claimed. this means there can be up to 32 fas in the pool at a time, which is not great, but it's the best solution we have at this moment
keep in mind that there will be many players who aren't anybody's bird free agents so nominating somebody's bird free agnet prevents you from nominating non-bird free agent and vice-versa

This is from you on August 22nd.

I read this as you can do exactly what I did, and I think everyone else did as well.
