i didn't think pms were necessary in 2 rounds draft O:-)

They probably aren't, but if people are going to complain about speed, then they need to be...

What happens if you draft a guy from Europe who doesn't end up playing in the NBA this year? Do you still pay him and he holds a roster spot? If he doesn't come do you hold his rights until he does?

draft rights for players playing outside the nba are not in our rules so for this draft if you draft a player you get him on your roster, regardless of whether he actually plays in the nba or not. if anybody wants us to have draft rights added for next year we'll add that issue to upcoming vote

probably about a week. we need to run a vote on open issues and after that we can proceed with the auction

When's the date for releasing everyone on waivers. Personally I would like it to be the day before the regular season, but at the same time I don't think that would be fair to everyone else, so I was thinking like a week before that or something.
