Rules 6 Salary Cap Relief proposal. I think its upside down.

I have currently voted for no relief.

I think the bottom tier owners deserve the relief more than the league leaders. This would greatly increase the chance of raising the competition instead of burying the teams struggling to keep up. Over the better owners gaining more advantages ever seasons especially if they are perennial contenders. Whats the point?

If I were a top team. I welcome the challenge of having a lower cap because I played well the season prior. Its like a handicap in golf. Spot your less advanced homie a stroke or two per hole to even the odds. Or letting your friend hit off the womens tees 20 yards less than the big boys tees. In the end you are both aiming for the same hole.

Should something like this pass. I would easily changed my vote. In no way am I in favor of letting the rich get richer.

I am definitely not in favor of giving the best teams cap relief as it seems counter-productive to competition. I am also not in favor of going the other way.

In general, I tried to vote for the least complicated choice in each, and for the choices that give owners the most flexibility. This league is complex enough. It will be fun though.
