These examples are why I'm confused. The second example doesn't fit the rules, yet is labeled as ok.
10% of 10 million is 1 million, which means the highest the subsequent years can be is 11 million, yet 12 million, and 13 million are there.
Does this make sense?
you can increase/decrease contract by up to 10% of 1st year salary, every year
so you can go 10 10+1=11 11+1=12 12+1=13 or 10 10+1=11 11+1=12 12-1=11. 4th year salary can be up to 130% 1st year salary (by adding 10% every year)
