No, everyone has been nothing but mean and just take take take. It's no problem, I enjoy the league and just trying to help out.

Sorry, I do thank you and your knowledge of how the league works. You take a lot of time to look into everything, raise a lot of valid discussions points and make the league much, much better. I do appreciate everything you bring to the league and have learned a ton because of you. ;-D ;-D

You'll have ideas for next year, the first year is like warmup to help you understand the league better, and then try to make it better the next year. Oh, and what i said above was sarcasm for those who didn't know.

Uhhhh guys...sorry but it's me again...

Sooooooo...

I'd like to know how we handle the bidding of players in the event of the Cafe being down due to maintenance, server crashes, etc.

The reason why I'd like to know is not because the site was down for hours at a time the last few days and I couldn't get in. It's actually because technically, I should have already won Tiago Splitter - if you go back through the thread, you'll see that I had a bid in on Sep. 21st at 5:48 pm, and hi-chi's next bid didn't come in until Sep. 22nd at 6:38 pm. Maybe I'm doing the math wrong, but isn't that more than 24 hours?

Now, I know the site was down and all, which is why I didn't cry "foul" at the time - hell, I even kept on bidding for a while there.

Buuuuuuuut...the problem isn't so much that I didn't say anything, as it is NO ONE said anything. Red and I talked about the Cafe being down during the day, and he even mentioned not to worry because [bidding] would be compensated for - he didn't actually say it that way, but that's how I understood it - and I have no problems with that - what's fair is fair.

Having said that, no one has mentioned how time was adjusted, or whether it really made a difference or not. And I can only guess that the site was up hours before hi-chi made his next bid - meaning he had ample enough time to make his bid, but didn't get in in time.

Sorry hi-chi, this isn't a knock on you. But I need to know where the organization lies here. Because fact of the matter is, I should own Tiago Splitter as the rules are written - unless again, I'm misunderstanding something here.

Please...enlighten me... :-S :*) :-S
