Baron said setback was elbow infection.

Elbow infection also triggered back pain, Baron said. Won't practice until next week.

Man, I hope his career isn't over after that horrific knee injury in the playoffs.

Hard to be optimistic given his track record for conditioning and his outside interests. He's going to need a lot of rehab work for this. I think it'll be up to how much he wants to get back on the court.
