Make Playoffs Fair

I am running a yahoo fantasy league. Head to Head. Categories Match up. The problem I have every year is in the playoffs (during the season as well) A team will have more players playing then his opponent. Therefore it becomes an easy win just because he has more player making more stats.
Is there any way to make each team only be able to play a certain (even) amount of players each week?

This is the nature of the H2H beast. Some players will undoubtedly have more games in certain weeks than others. There are a few things though that can be done to alleviate this. One, you could switch to a weekly league set-up. Two, you could put limitations on the amount of pickups each manager has for the week. Three, you could either increase the bench size, or reduce the roster size.
