Fair trade or not?

I am commish. 6-team league (important) with 2 keepers.

I was offered Paul, Amare, and Kobe for my Love and Lawson. By names alone, this sounds lopsided, but.... by ranking, I am giving up the 7th and 19th ranked players per our stats for Yahoo for his 8th, 21st, and 38th ranked players. Should I veto this trade or accept it. I fear that the other owners in the league would look at it and think it is unfair and this is why I am asking. This was proposed to me by a top team in the league, and I think he is trying to pair Love and Durant for next year as keepers. My keepers would be a two of Curry, Deron, or Paul. I would likely win the league this year.
