Is it legal for TEAM A to make an equal trade with TEAM B for the purpose of having more 3 more games in a week, especially on Sunday, and thus have a better chance to beat an opponent (TEAM C)?
I manage an ESPN, 10-team Keeper league.
1.TEAM A and TEAM C are undefeated at 5-0
2. TEAM A realized that TEAM C would play 5 more games this week than him (54 to 49).
3. TEAM A offered TEAM B an equal trade in which the players TEAM A receives play 1 more game each during the week than the ones he gives up, shortening the game disparity to 54-52 and thus giving TEAM A a much better chance to win his matchup against TEAM C.
I believe this is an excellent strategy, but would like to know what the Fantasy Basketball community thinks of it.
Thanks!
