Trading for Nene, Okafor and Ariza suggests otherwise. Wall's only going to be out a month, and I think they'll be fine rolling with Crawford and Beal as starters and with the schmoes coming off the bench for that stretch. Trading for anyone of significant skill to cover a months absence probably isn't a good use of the team's assets.
Not to be a debbie downer, but who else here doesn't trust the Wizards medical staff or Wall to come back on time and remain injury free?

On the bright side of things they're not quite as bad as Portland's medical staff...

Apparently you think the team doesn't if you're expecting a trade of any magnitude. You can always say this about any semi-serious injury to any player though, or a lot medical staffs. It doesn't effect my thoughts on Wall's value post injury whatsoever.

Maybe we'll see them sign a free agent stopgap solution like Pargo, Arroyo (heard he wants to return to the NBA), or someone. Doubt it'd happen, but maybe this would spur them to go after Barbosa to get a more solid backup PG after seeing Wall go down.
Wizards sign G Jannero Pargo. It's a one-year contract worth the veteran's minimum with a partial guarantee. The team clearly felt compelled to bring in a veteran following John Wall's patella injury, and Pargo will provide them with experience in the backcourt. -Rotoworld.com
If your league uses a normal playoff structure then you should be fine if you can muddle through the first four weeks without getting stomped too badly. If you do gets stomped your problems go farther than just missing John Wall.
