I have a tied bid in with Jonas Jerebko, but talking through PM's with Red, I found I would lose the tie breaker bid with him. So I turned around assuming i lost that bid, but i guess it is technically still open. If that's the case my bid was illegal, forfeit, and didn't require beating. I thought of all this after I placed the bid.

So does that mean I'm back at .25M?

And I don't mind the technicalities, or the bidding war for that matter, as long as you feel it's resolved in a fair manner for both of us.

Let me know, please. :-)

Ok, as I've explained to Scully and a few others, this auction went down to tiebreakers:

Tiebreaker #1 and #2 we both tied and according to the third, I won as I had 3 star players to scully's 0.

so Jonas Jerebko

.5M (.25 + .25) to me.

As of right now, So-Tex's first bid is current. However, since the Jerebko auction has closed, scully has the cap space to make another bid if he so chooses.

This is fine with me.

Although, what I think scully's referring to is the idea that since he placed an illegal bid, he's no longer allowed to bid in this auction, basically the result of him assuming he was going to lose the other auction before it officially closed.

I know we've been strict regarding this rule in the past. But given the circumstances (that scully knew after having dialogs with Red he wasn't going to win a tie-breaker in the other auction), I don't mind if he's given the opportunity to bid again in this auction. Hence why I said this:

But again, it's up to the committee.
