Will the release of groups of FA's for bidding be randomized?

My intention is to pick the first group(could be any of the 8), and then as players are won, any owner can nominate a player from that row. for example, let's say the howard group goes first. once dwight is won, you can pick any player in his row(one of the other groups) to nominate. if gay is won, one person can pick any player from his row(in one of the other groups) to nominate.

I think the group selection order should be randomized.

since im new, can i get a brief review of how this works for the Max-contract Fas.

for example everyone is going to offer a Max to Durant, and James (how do we decide where they take their talents)

Tie break system will solve most of it. That's covered in the rules.

FA tiebreakers - u get penalized for having other star players at the same position correct?

If so what is Amare a PF or a C? (cause it cld determine my tiebreaker for a howard bid)

I guess same with Kevin love, and David lee (especially him as biedrins is C there as of now, and tyson will be this season)

i can designate either pf or C for amare. sweet (wonder if its worth it to amnesty lee instead of iggy then? hmmm.)

The important thing is whether or not you have a roster slot for the FAs eligibility that doesn't have a star starter. You can slide your current players around however you like for each bid, so long as you append changes from a successful bid to other auctions you're currently involved in. (i.e. if you sign a star FA PF that immediately changes your tie break for any other current and future bids for other PFs).
