FREE Yahoo! 12 team dynasty league needs a replacement owner

I need a manager to take over an abandoned team in a 12 team, 15 man roster dynasty league. The manager need to be extremely active, and confident in their ability to turn around a bad team. Generally there are 1 or 2 owners that "check-out" once their team starts to do poorly so they abandon their team and I don't want that to effect the competitiveness of the league so please don't respond if you only want to be the manager of a front-runner.
