Today's Games:

Utah 3-4 (Road: 0-4) 7:00pm ET
Toronto 1-5 (Home: 1-2)

Milwaukee 3-2 (Road: 2-0) 7:00pm ET
Philadelphia 4-2 (Home: 1-1)

Oklahoma City 5-2 (Road: 1-1) 7:30pm ET
Detroit 0-7 (Home: 0-1)

Boston 3-3 (Road: 2-1) 8:00pm ET
Chicago 4-2 (Home: 3-2)

Miami 5-2 (Road: 1-2) 8:00pm ET
Houston 3-3 (Home: 1-2)

Minnesota 4-2 (Road: 1-2) 8:30pm ET
Dallas 4-3 (Home: 3-0)

Denver 4-3 (Road: 2-3) 9:00pm ET
Phoenix 3-4 (Home: 2-1)

Atlanta 2-3 (Road: 1-1) 10:00pm ET
Portland 2-4 (Home: 1-2)

Some interesting developments this weekend so let's talk fantasy shakeouts:

1) Lakers hiring D'Antoni. Has to be a godsend for Nash's ROS value right? Biggest question mark - Gasol or DHoward? D'Antoni didn't utilize Chandler much but he did Stoudemire in PHX. Gasol is obviously the better pick and pop guy but what does Howard do in the meantime? Clog the lane? Meanwhile, wonder if D'Antoni tells Gasol to launch a few more 3's? With D'Antoni's penchant for shooters, deep-leaguers should monitor Jodie Meeks.

2) Timberwolves lost a couple of wings this past week. Budinger is out for what is probably going to be measured in months. Even though Roy might be back any game, he has the ability to miss the next 20. Who does the team turn to in the interim? Throw Shved and Lee to the wolves? Have to believe that unless Roy can magically stay healthy until guys start returning from injury or the young guys really impress, MIN will add another wing through trade or FA.

Be interested to hear all your thoughts!

It has to be Gasol>Howard with D'Antoni there. Luckily Dwight will still get his double doubles and blocks. Artest is likely to jack up a few more 3s too. Hindsight says Nash owners got a win with this, but he needs to get healthy first.

As far as Minnesota goes, I would add Shved if you were going to add anyone from that team. He is my pick to be the biggest benefiter from all the injuries that team has gone through. Brandon Roy is wishful thinking, I dont trust him to stay healthy.

I'm keeping an eye on Shved. He's not ready, but he's going to get minutes regardless. He doesn't sound like the type that more minutes when he's "not ready" is going to impact his overall confidence and learning curve. It should accelerate it, if anything, at the expense of the Wolves potential for winning.

The presidential "home state" matchup comes about a week too late. (Chi vs Bos) :,-(

While I agree he isnt ready, he does hold some fantasy value at this time. I worry about his FG% and his turnovers, but he should be decent in most of the other categories. definitely a good add and stash.

Brandon Jennings with a hell of a line tonight: 33 points, 5 boards, 7 assists, 4 threes, 4 steals, 2 blocks, 1 TO, on 57% from the floor and 100% from the line. Still a few seconds to go even.

Omer Asik with a great night so far(latein the 4th quarter). 19 points, 14 rebs, 1 blk, 3 ast, and most amazing 11-14 from the line. Like Memphis the night before, Houston's front line posed some problems for miami's defense. Curious to see if other teams find ways to exploit that front line.

Had a great game from Millsap! :D

Question, does anyone have any insight on Paul Millsap? It looked like he was playing some small forward when they had Jefferson, Favors, and Millsap on the court. Another thing with Millsap is he is shooting 3s a lot more often and at a very high percentage thus far. I'm not expecting it to last all season, but I'll certainly take it for now! If Millsap added 3s to his game he will be a top 10 player again this season.

not sure why he didnt find any time down the stretch. houston lost a key rebound to bosh off a missed FT that they really could have used a bigger body on. understood morris was hot and they wanted to go small but dang you need that rebounding and size up the middle!
