Long term I'm leaning towards Stuckey. His shot will come around, he's already an efficient free-throw facilitator, plus Ridnour's playing time will be limited (cpt. obvious here). I'm afraid Luke is a type of streaky player, I owned him last year and found his game very inconsistent.

I think he's saying that it's a given that Ridnour's time will be limited when Rubio comes back...which I agree with. Stuckey should have the better "long-term" value due to Ridnour's minutes taking a big hit once Rubio is back.
