Thoughts on Jason Kidd

someone just dropped Jason Kidd off their roster. any news on his injuries. I think that he is worth a pick-up but I'm worried whether he will be able to play daily. Think I should pick him up?

updates report on Jason Kidd says that his back isnt looking good and that he might be in worse condition then previously thought. so maybe not day to day but out for even longer periods! not good cause I already did the trade...although I have a couple of days left before he clears the waivers.

so my question...should I abandon Kidd and pick up Chauncey Billups instead? Billups will start tonight I believe (or sometime this week)

I'd take the gamble on Billups over Thabo or a hurt Kidd right now. What's the worst that can happen?
