Trading for Al jefferson? WHIR

Hey everyone, just got this trade offer that I think is too good to pass up.
I am offered Al jefferson, Larry Sanders for my Omer Asik, Byron mullens, and Alonzo Gee. Who Wins this trade?
My league is H2H, 9 cat, 12 team. I thought initially that Asik FT has improved but it seems like it really hasnt. This would really help my FT % and Despite losing Mullens I think my team is strong in 3's

What about Byron Mullens, Omer Asik, Wes Matthews for his Al Jefferson, Calderon, Sanders?

I think Calderon could be a sneaky pick here in case Lowry goes down, then Calderon would be a clear favorite. I would plan on dropping Sanders for most likely G. Henderson or B. Gordon for the lose of 3's but my team is pretty decent at 3's i think. Asik has been on a tear and Mullens is one of my favorites to own but I fear Asiks FT% will kill me and Byrons FG% also kills me. Losing Wes I think I could maintain 3 pt production since I recently picked up Danny Green. Also I fear that Wes' might lose some time because of his injured thumb. What do you guys think?
