I was unintentionally very bad at FT%, so I traded Lamarcus Aldridge and went with the Dwight Howard H2H strategy. I believe you can gain a huge competitive advantage against others due to the fact you are working with a completely different set of rankings than other owners when you throw out FT%, and you can use this to trade more in your favor. My next top target to get is Rajon Rondo. According to Basketball Monster, he jumps up to the number 8 player, Harden is number 9.
He rejected: Asik and Vasquez for Rondo Monroe, Asik, and Vasquez for Rondo and Varejeo
He said no depth, but I see it as 3 great players. He seems really hesitant to deal varejeo.
Who would you add to Harden to get Rondo and Varajeo? Who would you replace Varajeo with to get it done if he declines? Would you do Monroe and Vasquez for Rondo? Last resort that should work is Harden for Rondo straight up. And then, who should I target next? I'm thinking Ibaka, Noah, Josh Smith, Anthony Davis, Faried, etc. but which guards complement Howard most?
Thanks guys, WHIR

I prefer Harden overall as well. In general though, your earlier offers were not that attractive at all. So, if you want to get this guy's attention again, you're going to have to put up something legitimate or he's going to be tired of you and just dismiss you right away (is my guess).
You could try to get Blake Griffin maybe (diff team). He fits well into your overall team strategy. Package Mayo and Asik or Mayo and Glen Davis. It's not a great offer, but it's a starting point (with a different manager).
I think trying to trade for Rondo is a good idea, but I just think, in general, he's highly regarded right now anyway, so he might be difficult to pry away. Unless, of course, the other manager already expressed interest in dealing him.
Agreed. I would much rather have Harden and you could get a lot in return for him. Rondo would do well in your system but he is valued much higher this year IMO. You should keep Asik as he works in your system as well. I would package Monroe, Mayo, and AK for his Rondo Varejao and maybe Redick.

I agree your trade offers were terrible you can't expect someone to give up a top player in rondo for 2 players u picked off the wire.
you would have to give up lowry, conley, or harden if you want him
