Andre Igoudala for MY Mo Williams?

I am in a standard, non-keeper, 8 category H2H league with 10 teams.

I am being offered Andre Igoudala in exchange for Mo Williams.

I am heavily leaning towards accepting this trade, I just want to know if there is something I am missing as to why he would make this offer, or should I just take the opportunity?
