I did this a while ago when I was bored and posted it over at the other forum, but no one seemed to know the history of the game well enough to get much from it; it got no replies.

Anyhow:

Post yours, argue mine, it's all good.

(I did this before LeBron & Co. and all the really young players that have started to established themselves had done so, so you won't find LeBron, Wade, Melo, Amare, etc on these teams)

In any case, Russell at PF might be bending the rules a bit... ;-)
