Gordon and Rose?

Is it worth to pick up Rose or Eric Gordon off of waivers? I know Rose's return is projected to be around February, and I read somewhere the Gordon is nearing a return.

Is it worth picking them up? Players I would drop would be Chris Kaman or Ben Gordon.
