Who would have thought the Lakers would be the huge underdogs in their matchup against the Knicks. Kobe loves MSG, but if his high scoring games are any indication, he better look to pass during most of it.

Lillard has really cooled of late and Portland has shown how inept they are when just one of their starters are missing. Do the Blazers remotely have a chance to keep TNT viewers happy after halftime?

Both Batum and Matthews were missing last game and Lillard played like crap. I think if the Blazers get even one of Batum or Matthews back they should be just fine. If not look for Aldridge to have another big game in a losing effort.

Andrea Bargnani has a ligament tear in his elbow and is expected to miss a lot of time.

Speaking of injured players, Ricky Rubio is slated to return on Saturday.

When should we expect other notable players to return from injury? Guys like John Wall, Amar'e Stoudemire, Dirk Nowitzki, Andrew Bynum, Derrick Rose, Steve Nash, Danny Granger, Eric Gordon, Andrew Bogut, Brook Lopez, and even Avery Bradley?

If you're the Lakers, why do you continue to run Duhon out there? Pretty sure you could get better production from the D-League. And I'm not kidding.

Man, the Lakers just look horrible. Mounted a slight comeback last night, but with Carmelo out. They look so bad on defense, but then again New York looks good too. I'm actually surprised by how good the Felton and Kidd backcourt functions to be honest. I didn't see it happening.
