Eight Player Mega Deal

I am in a H2H, 14 team keeper league and have the chance to trade Mayo, Monroe, Millsap, and Nelson for Griffin, M. Gasol, Batum, and J. Teague. I have been looking to move Millsap because of the log jam in Utah. I have also been contemplating selling Mayo while his value is high. Should I make this deal? Looking to keep steady on rebounds and improve PTS, 3s, and blocks.

Good deal, and it wouldbe great if you could keep Monroe and not take Griffin.
