Deron Williams value

I've seen Deron available for trade in a lot of leagues, but for the most part owners seem to be valuing him at last year's ranking rather than his current actual production. Does anyone see a change likely to occur that would make him worth what people are trying to charge for him? Change in coach, injury to team-mate etc. that would result in increased production?
