Just got offered James Harden for my Josh Smith. 8 team H-2-H 8 category league. Should I accept this trade? Only thing holding me back are Smith's blocks.

Harden's easily a top 5 fantasy player and JSmoove is a top 10 at best. I say you do it especially if one of your cats is FT%.
