Help me on the waiver wire & Trade Scenario

Currently sit 8/10. With ranks in the following categories: fg: 5th, ft: 7th, 3pt: 10th, pts: 7th, reb: 8th, ast: 8th, stl:9th, blk: 4, to: 7th

Would you pick up any of the following players and who would you drop?

Pg: foye
Sg: dunleavy, korver
Sf: delfino, allen
Pf: ilyasova, brand
C: splitter, koufos

Also, the following team sits currently in 5th. Do you see any trade scenarios?

PG: S Curry, Conley, Wall
SG: Harden, J.R. Smith, L. Williams (INJ)
SF: Gee, Barnes, Wallace
PF: West, Duncan, Aldridge
C: Gortat

Hey, I actually think your team has some very good trade chips and is actually decent. Surprised you're doing this bad but I would suggest trading jennings or ellis as having both can be bad since they usually switch back and forth having good nights. I would suggest trading 2-1 or 3-2 and getting possibly harden. Maybe Jennings, Nowitzki, AK for harden and west? or Jennings, Nowitzki, AK, Ellis for Harden and conley. I'd pick up Ilyasova as he has the biggest upside and may turn around. In a H2H settings i think Leonard isn't as great compared to roto but I'd rather own Splitter or Korver. Especially since williams is out Korver can be a great piece. In fact I might try and pull several 2-1 or 3-2 and pick up some of those guys on WW. Harden is the guy i'd try to shoot for if you were going to trade.
