2nd trade:
Giving up Paul Pierce and Klay Thompson.
Getting James Harden and Wilson Chandler.

1st trade is a definite no but the second one is more interesting. Your getting Harden whose a top 5 fantasy player for Pierce who has started contributing more to all stats (Because of Rondo being out) and Klay who has been a beast lately. (Mostly because of Curry being out) I would sell Klay really high and take the second trade.
