I'm looking to improve at SG, recommendations?

Im in a shallow league which allows more choices but still trying make the best one for my team. My team is the weakest at SG. Stat categories I need to improve: 3pt, assists, steals.

Players I have at SG:
Joe Johnson (such a disappointment all season, mainly Bc he was drafted high)
OJ mayo

Top SG's Available on the wire:
D. Derozan (already have R Gay)
J. Smith
G. Hill
J. Crawford
R. Sessions

Still reluctant to give up Johnson, but should I be? Will he now carry the team without D Williams?
Is J. Crawford a reliable option?

For 3s, PTS, and 1 steal per game average, Jamal is your man. But for all-around production, I would prefer George Hill. Lastly, if Josh Smith is available, I'd say pick him up first b/c he just does so much.

Of course it all depends on your team make up.

I assumed that was JR Smith.

I'd take Crawford and then Smith. With Billups back and Crawford's injuries, Smith might be nice.
