Just to be clear, you are the one that is being offered Gay for Afflalo and Gibson?

If so, I would suggest taking the trade.

Reasoning:

Since being traded to the Raptors, Gay has been doing extremely well. You also have to consider the fact that Gay isn't fully familiarized with the Raptors playbook yet. Also, Gay is arguably the primary scoring option for the Raptors now.

Afflalo puts up comparable points with a little advantage on 3s, but Gay gives your better all-around production. Further, it seems like you can spare 3s category.

As for Gibson, he is basically nothing. He has returned to a bench role and you are better off getting rid of him if someone wants him.
