Keeper League Trades

Hey all, first off thanks for reading!

I am in a 10 team H2H keeper league (Keep 10). The stat categories are standard (FG%, FT%, 3PT, PTS, RBDS, ASST, STL, BLK, TO)

I am in next to last place, and am looking towards the future of my team.

Two trades that have been offered to me:

Trade A: Rajon Rondo and Chandler Parsons for Grievis Vasquez and Thaddeus Young
Trade B: Demarcus Cousins, Brandon Jennings, and Amir Johnson for Anthony Davis
Thoughts?

Trade B is a straight up steal for u. A. Davis has a huge upside but Cousins and Jennings are both easily better players.
