Moore = 0.25M * 0.25 = 0.0625M cap hit
Beasley = 6M * 0.25 = 1.5M cap hit
Stuckey = 6M * 0.25 = 1.5M cap hit
Total cap hit = 3.0625M
Please let me know if I have anything wrong here.
Haven't checked to see yet, but if all three of those guys are eligible for buyouts, then the only thing I see "wrong" was your choice of wording.
Make sure you distinguish that these are "partially guaranteed buyouts" going forward. In other words, instead of saying "Waiving this player", say, "Buying out this player" or something to that effect (I personally like "Initiating the buyout for...", but that's just me being all fancy-shmancy
Waivers have a different set of costs - you would have gotten hit with 75% of each contract this season, 50% each additional season.
Just remember: partially guaranteed buyouts are for off-season only - waivers and straight buyouts are used during the season (you can't apply the 25% buyout to a player during the season).
We all get what it is your doing, so no issues there. Just make sure you get the wording straight, more to avoid any confusion once the season starts.
