Yahoo Position Updates?

Postby angels7777 » Thu Oct 31, 2013 7:53 pm

Does anyone remember the name of the Yahoo programmer who used to peruse these boards?

Anyways I am surprised Yahoo has not been prompt in updating position statuses for certain players. A couple that come to mind are Plumlee should have Center status and Bledsoe and Dragic should both have SG status. Feel free to list more examples or let me know how we can get Yahoo moving forward on these position updates.

You are thinking of me. I left Yahoo! in mid-August. My presence on the Cafe' as a representative of Yahoo! has been taken over by Guy Smiley, though I still often pass on issues to my friends there.

I can mention this, but you aren't likely to get much traction one game into the season.

Dwight Howard and Omer Asik were both in the starting lineup last night... so one of them should have PF eligibility.

If you are drafting a player who does not have eligibility at a particular position, with the plan that they will have that eligibility after one game, you made a bad plan.

Not if your name is Plumlee and you're clearly the Starting Center on the Phoenix Suns without question. Come on bro, use your head here. Some position updates are beyond obvious.

Plumlee will likely gain Center eligibility.

Who's the PG/SG in Phoenix? They're essentially interchangeable.

Even the Suns roster on their web site doesn't list Plumlee as a center. He may very well turn out that way, and gain eligibility. Just don't get hurt falling off that high horse heh

I imagine that Reggie Jackson will gain SG eligibility upon Westbrook's return.
