Pretty much out of it on the year, so I am considering some moves with the future in mind.
This is a 16 team H2H keeper league. 3 keepers per team.
Right now, my team:
Ryan Anderson - IR
Looking at these three as keepers:
Steph Curry, $23
Kevin Love, $13
Damian Lillard, $11
Was just offered:
Kyrie Irving, $21
Kevin Martin, $5
for Damian Lillard and Klay Thompson.
Normally, I would not do this. Both of these players are better than Irving and Martin. However, Thompson is a non-factor for me. And with there being only three keeper slots, this really comes down to Irving and Lillard.
On the one hand, Lillard is having a better year and is cheaper, and Irving has proven to be more injury prone. On the other hand, when healthy, I think Irving has a slight edge over Lillard in scoring, assists, and percentages.
So this comes down to Irving at $21 vs. Lillard at $11 in terms of future value as a keeper. Thoughts?
