I'm being offered Nowitzki/Pierce/Kirilenko/Humphries for Horford/Giannis/Bellinelli
Dirk averages about 25 a game/Pierce 20 a game/Kirilenko 9/Humphries 14 but has been up around 22 the last couple of weeks.
Horford averages 27/Giannis around 15.
I'm currently on my way to being 6-6 with a chance to make the playoffs and a favorable schedule remaining. along with Rondo's return. I tried just Horford for Dirk but no go so far. Even though he's out of the playoffs. :-S

I'd walk away from this deal. Giving up both Horford and Giannis for those four only works as a win-now move, and really, Pierce/Humph/Kiri isn't really all that stable for this year, let alone next. Boston could easily stop playing Humph with further deals, and Giannis is already in range for bettering Kiri or Pierce this year.

You're absolutely right to consider Horford for comparable producers on losing teams in your league, a la your Horford for Dirk offer. That, I could get behind, understanding that need to go for it this year. But I wouldn't accept that additional players here that make the deal harder to swallow.
